Embrace the stillness of the season with a deeply nourishing evening of Yin yoga, guided meditation and journaling surrounded by the soft glow of candlelight. This gentle, meditative practice, led by Erin and Abbie from Kindred Women, will help you slow down and reconnect.

Yin is a slow, meditative style of yoga where poses are held for several minutes, gently stretching the deeper connective tissues of the body. It invites stillness, deep rest, and a return to balance — the perfect remedy for the colder months and for all levels of experience.

This cosy Winter gathering offers the perfect pause to rest, reflect, and recharge.

Each guest will receive a take-home journal and essential oil roller.

What to Bring:

  • Comfortable and layered clothing for yoga & meditation (All yoga mats and props will be provided)

  • Water bottle

Location: The Pavilion, Nillumbik Living and Learning Eltham. 739 Main Road, Eltham

Transport:

Train – Living and Learning Nillumbik, Eltham is a 1.2km walk from Eltham train station

Car - Free parking available onsite

Bus – The Pitt St/Main Rd bus stop is the closest Living and Learning Nillumbik.

Both the train and bus are wheelchair accessible, and the route to the Nillumbik Living and Learning Eltham is along sealed footpaths without steps.
